1. License to Use

2. Vehicle Rental
2.1. All vehicle rentals are subject to availability and the terms outlined in the rental agreement signed by the renter.
2.2. Renters must possess a valid driver's license and meet the minimum age requirement as specified by UAE law.
2.3. Rental rates, fees, and charges are subject to change without prior notice.
2.4. Nayl Rental Car reserves the right to refuse rental to any individual or group at our discretion.

3. Payment
3.1. Payment for vehicle rentals and additional services must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.2. Accepted forms of payment include credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
3.3. Any additional charges incurred during the rental period, such as fines, tolls, or damages, will be billed to the renter upon return of the vehicle.

4. Insurance and Liability
4.1. All vehicles are insured as per UAE law. However, renters may opt for additional insurance coverage at an extra cost.
4.2. Renters are responsible for any damages to the vehicle during the rental period, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or vandalism.
4.3. Nayl Rental Car is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle during the rental period.

5. Cancellation and Refund
5.1. Cancellation of reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental period for a full refund.
5.2. Refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Governing Law
6.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
6.2. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
